Guests on this podcast share their healing journeys, in their own words. Some of the healers have healed conditions that their doctors described as lifelong and life-threatening, as well as other conditions including: Multiple Sclerosis, allergies / sensitivities, Cancer, Auto-Immune conditions, stroke, chronic pain, the loss of a loved one, burned out adrenal glands, abuse, toxic mold, body dysmorphia, alcoholism, burn out and more.

A new episode of the podcast is released every Thursday, early morning GMT and alternates a guest interview with discussions around health and healing.

The aim of my podcast is to help my audience to see and hear real people who have healed themselves and understand what they did in their healing.

ABOUT THE HOST

Sarah is a Holistic Health and Healing Coach, Keynote Speaker, the Author of HEAL YOURSELF, a Multi-Award winning Entrepreneur and previously, she was a Registered Nurse for twenty years.

Sarah has extensive experience in health and wellness from her many years in nursing and her insatiable drive to improve overall health through nutrition and natural means.

After naturally self-healing a multitude of health issues including; psoriasis, eczema, acid reflux, candida, chronic pain, an underactive thyroid, burned out adrenal glands and depression with suicidal thoughts, Sarah understands what it is like to be sick. She uses the knowledge gained through her own personal healing journey and experience as a nurse to take a holistic approach in her work.

Sarah supports her clients to find and heal the root cause of their health problems through an exploration of their lifestyles and beliefs, thereby improving not only their health but ultimately their lives.

When she’s not working, Sarah can be found outside in nature or in the kitchen.
